Motion2Grow started from my own experience.
For a long time, I believed growth meant pushing harder, doing more, and powering through.
I was focused on achieving more, but often ignored what my body was telling me.
Over time, this led to burnout, stress, and a growing sense of disconnection from myself.
Coaching helped me slow down, reconnect with my body, and set healthier boundaries.
