Each program has a defined focus and direction, but how we move through it is tailored to you. Your needs, your goals, and your responses guide the process.

Discovery Session

Let’s chat. Not every coach is the right match for every client. This 30 minute free call is a space for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have.
Together, we’ll explore your goals, what you want to achieve through coaching, and how I can best support you on this journey.

Alignment Sessions

A focused, one-time 90 minutes coaching session designed to help you step back and gain clarity.
In this session, we look at:

  • your current situation
  • your goals and direction
  • your values and priorities

You leave with a clearer understanding of where you are and what your next steps can be.
Best for:

  • Feeling stuck or unclear
  • Making a decision
  • Re-aligning with your goals

Back to Body (3 weeks)

Nervous system regulation & body awareness

This program is your starting point.

If you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in constant thinking, this is where you begin to reconnect with your body and build awareness of how you respond to stress.

During these 3 weeks, we focus on:

  • Noticing physical and emotional signals
  • Understanding your stress responses
  • Slowing down automatic reactions
  • Creating more space between trigger and response

You’ll be supported through 75-minute coaching sessions, giving us the time and space to go deeper, reflect, and apply what you’re learning in a way that fits your daily life.

While the program follows a clear structure, the process is tailored to you. We adapt the tools and pace to what works for your body and your current situation.

This is for you if you:

  • Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or constantly “on”
  • Struggle to slow down or switch off
  • Feel disconnected from your body
  • Want to build awareness before making deeper changes

Reconnect & Realign (9 weeks)

Awareness, patterns, values & aligned growth

This program is the extended version of Back to Body.

The first phase focuses on the same foundation: reconnecting with your body, regulating your nervous system, and building awareness.

We move through three phases:
Reconnect 

  • Building body awareness and creating space

Explore

  • Identifying patterns and behavioral loops
  • Exploring beliefs and potential blind spots
  • Reflecting on your current situation

Integrate

  • Defining your values and personal goals
  • Practicing more conscious, aligned decision-making
  • Applying what you learn in daily life

Each session lasts 75 minutes, giving us the space to explore, reflect, and integrate what you learn.

While the program has a clear structure, it remains personal and tailored, adapting to your insights, challenges, and goals throughout the process.
