At Motion2Grow, coaching follows a clear structure but it is never a one-size-fits-all approach.

Each program has a defined focus and direction, but how we move through it is tailored to you. Your needs, your goals, and your responses guide the process.

We all respond differently.

That’s why we use the structure as a foundation and adapt it to what actually supports you.

We work with you, your mind and your body not against it.

Discovery Session

Let’s chat. Not every coach is the right match for every client. This 30 minute free call is a space for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have.
Together, we’ll explore your goals, what you want to achieve through coaching, and how I can best support you on this journey.

Alignment Sessions

A focused, one-time 90 minutes coaching session designed to help you step back and gain clarity.
In this session, we look at:

  • your current situation
  • your goals and direction
  • your values and priorities

You leave with a clearer understanding of where you are and what your next steps can be.
Best for:

  • Feeling stuck or unclear
  • Making a decision
  • Re-aligning with your goals

Back to Body (3 weeks)

Nervous system regulation & body awareness
This program is your starting point. 
If you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly “on,” this is where you rebuild awareness and create a foundation.
During these 3 weeks, you will:

  • Learn to recognize body signals
  • Understand your stress responses
  • Build awareness of patterns
  • Create more calm and stability in your daily life

Outcome:
A more grounded, aware starting point for change.

This program consistes of three 75 minutes 1:1 coaching sessions.

Reconnect & Realign (9 weeks)

Awareness, patterns, values & aligned growth
This is where you go deeper.

Starting with the foundation from Back to Body, we then focus on understanding your patterns and creating direction.

During this program, you will:

  • Reconnect & regulate your body and nervous system
  • Identify patterns and behavioral loops
  • Explore beliefs and blind spots
  • Challenge limiting beliefs and mental blocks
  • Define your values and goals
  • Practice making aligned choices
  • Build sustainable habits aligned with your goals

Outcome:
More connection, clarity, direction, and ownership over your growth.

​​​​​​​This program consistes of Nine 75 minutes 1:1 coaching sessions.

Ongoing Integration Support

Change doesn’t have to stop after a program ends.

Ongoing coaching can help you:

  • Stay consistent
  • Apply what you’ve learned in real life
  • Continue building awareness and structure

This 60 minutes supportive call is flexible and tailored to your needs.
